For graduate students or scholars coming to Duke or the Triangle Area we have several fully furnished rooms in shared houses on Chapel Hill Road or Sprunt Avenue starting in OCTOBER 2026.

The houses are fully furnished, even down to the sheets, pillows, towels and pots and pans. We cater especially to international students or others coming for a year or a semester who need a flexible lease and who are eager to live with people from around the world. Free onsite laundry and parking. Mixed gender housing with private rooms and shared bathrooms and common areas.

Prices for the rooms vary from $720 to $940 per month, depending on which house and room you choose. This price includes all utilities, including heat, cooling, water, gas, and wifi. For a small additional fee, renters can use one of our bicycles. The house on Chapel Hill Road house is located just less than 2 miles south of Duke's main campus. The houses on Sprunt Avenue are closer to the north side of campus. Most of our renters are international graduate students, but US students are also welcome to apply. Our leases are usually for 2-6 months, with an option to renew. Shorter terms can sometimes be negotiated.
