ABOUT
Hi! I hope you want to come live here. Here's the brief run-down - Live in half an acre of gardens! No pets and no smoking. LGBTQ ally. Private bedroom with walk-in closet, furnished or unfurnished. All utilities included. Bathroom shared with one other. Quiet. The house - has hardwood floors, a gas stove in the kitchen, central AC/heat, and several hangout spaces outside in the huge yard. I've planted all sorts of flowers and fruits, but attracting the tadpoles and chorus of frogs is what I'm most proud of! I try to make environmentally-friendly choices. I enjoy hanging out with roommates around the kitchen table in between going off to pursue my work and adventures. Alone time is respected as well. This is 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom house. This bedroom faces the trees where the hawk and owls live. You'd have a walk-in closet. Common areas come furnished, but there's space for your furniture too. Your bedroom would be ready for your furnishings or could also be furnished. (pictured) The $900/mo rent includes all utilities including fiber internet, gas, electricity, water. The security deposit is $900.
Master bedroom with private bathroom for $1200. (not pictured) The neighborhood - has wide streets for people going on a walk or visiting the little free library. It's amazing how quiet the neighborhood is, with how quick it is to get to hwy 40 and 55! It's just 7 minutes to the American Tobacco Trail for running and biking. I love that the TRC rock climbing gym is only 8 minutes away. The house is centrally located - 5 minutes to RTP 10 minutes to Durham or Cary20 minutes to Chapel Hill or Raleigh
