ABOUT

Room for Rent in Upscale Townhome in Durham, NC A caring woman is seeking to share her serene and upscale townhome in the Woodlake community of Durham with a neat and orderly professional or mature student. The furnished room will be available starting November 1, 2024. A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required, with the possibility of extending for a longer stay. The townhouse features a lovely upstairs bedroom with a private bathroom and shared access to an upstairs den. There are also two mini-fridges available for use. The home includes a large living room, an outdoor deck, and a limited kitchen area. As a personal chef who works from home, the kitchen is primarily used for my business. The home is shared with one lovable small dog, so a fondness for dogs is required. No additional pets are allowed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, situated around a lake with walking trails and a pool (currently not open). We are conveniently located near NCCU, Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Southpoint Mall, and just a five-minute drive from I-40. Amenities include a washer and dryer, outdoor deck, entertainment area, cable TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, and a home decorated with antiques and style. If interested, please message me! References will be requested as I am cautious about who shares my home to ensure both your safety and mine. Thank you!
