1 bdrm with private bathroom, furnished bedroom all utilities included with full use of the house including laundry room. 2 living rooms downstairs living room has a wood burning fireplace. Must love cats, No other Pets, No criminals, drug addicts, heavy drinkers, loud parties or late night coming or going. Hubby is a cop. I work in Criminal Investigations. The room is not big enough for a family (received many calls for this) No Dogs. We are very easy to get along with. $950 is month to month only a $100 deposit, the room is furnished and has a large TV in it, all the utilities are included in the rent. We are out in the country on 7 acres but still 5 minutes from the limits. We also have a very large inground swimming pool 18x36 8 feet deep that you can use at any time. Room is available, reference corner of Guess Rd and Mason Rd is a close reference to where the house is. There are no buses that run out here so you must have a car.
