We are very easy to get along with. $950 is month to month only a $100 deposit, the room is furnished and has a large TV in it, all the utilities are included in the rent. We are out in the country on 7 acres but still 5 minutes from the limits. We also have a very large inground swimming pool 18x36 8 feet deep that you can use. Room is available now, reference the corner of Guess Rd and Mason Rd is a close reference to where the house is. There are no buses that run out here so you must have a car.
