The house is within the Duke Van area (https://parking.duke.edu/buses/duke-vans) and walking distance to Duke, Ninth Street, grocery stores, and multiple bus stops. Two bedrooms and a full bath (shower and tub) are upstairs. Third bedroom and second bath (walk-in shower) are downstairs on the main floor. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and zenjardin (room for yoga/plants/office) are also on the main floor. House gets lots of natural light throughout the day, is very quiet, and has a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It measures approximately 1750 sq. ft. and has hardwood floors, a driveway, and a fenced yard.
