I am looking for two professional (or advanced grad student) females who are vegetarian or vegan to share my home. About me: I’m a professional female (Research Scientist in the RTP) who loves to cook and travel. I have 1 cat; no room for more pets, sorry. I work from my upstairs home office about ~2 days per week.

About the house: 4-bedroom/3-bath home with lots of open space, a large kitchen, and a big laundry room on the first floor. The house is a 15-minute walk to downtown Durham, the farmer’s market, and Geer Street/Rigsbee area! We have a lovely, covered front patio, and private fenced backyard with an upper and lower deck as well as garden beds. The house backs up to Goose Creek Meadows for a bit of green space.

About the room, downstairs master: Large, master suite on the first floor. This room comes with a king size bed, a 46” tv mounted to the wall, a good size closet (the shelving in the closet can be removed), a desk and office chair, and an attached full bathroom.

About the room, upstairs room: Large room on the second floor with 3 windows. The room comes with a queen size bed, a large closet, a desk and office chair, and a book case/shelving. This room can be unfurnished upon request. There is a private, full size bathroom across the hallway that would be yours.

The shared living space is fully furnished, including the kitchen.

Other amenities include: 20 minute bike ride to east campus, close to bus 4, and security system.
